Moving from the recent market data and from the trend analysis of the international consumer behaviour it comes out clearly a worldwide preference for the Italian kitchen.
In the landscape of increasing consumption of all ethnic food, at the beginning of 2004 , Italy has reached a strenghtened image and it is confirmed as the absolut first preferred kitchen.
We have therefore chosen the most famous recipes taken by the regional tradition and we have purposed the authentic formulas in a easy form.
Each recipe is a blend of more then 10 ingredients (all natural) to give a real refined and rich taste to the sauce which is READY in 1 MINUTE: just add some water, milk or oil and the sauce is instantly ready.
QUALITY AND FOOD TECHNOLOGY
Each recipe formula has been processed troughout instant and freeze dried ingredients.
In place of standard dehydrated ingredients (aromatic herbs, spices, vegetables) we have chosen the FREEZE DRIED ones. This give to the product much more FRESHNESS and INTENSITY in the aromas and essential oils content.
Moreover, the freeze dried vegetable rehydrates immediately and 100% (as soon as it comes in touch with water) and it comes back to be exactly as the fresh original product, granting such a superior quality level compared with the standard dehydrated products in the market.
NO NEED ANY COOKING: instant complete rehydration of fibers from freeze dried products don’t need any cooking time ( not even 10 seconds), it is enough to pour on the powder mix some hot water to obtain a perfectly fresh looking and tasting of the sauce. Avoiding the thermic stress of cooking all the flavours and aromas are preseved and do not volatilize.
INDUSTRIAL BLENDING: to guarantee a complete and omogeneous blending of the ingredients (such as right percentage of salt, flavours and other basic ingredients in each single packaged unit) we have studied a specific cut and granulometry based on each single specific weight of the ingredients.
MORE PRODUCT STABILITY COMPARED TO READY CANNED SAUCE: it is known that fresh natural product preserved in a liquid form easily OXIDATES. This is due to the chemical reaction which intercomes beetween water (H2O), clorophyl and other enzimes contained in herbs and vegetables and vegetal or animal fats( oil,butter etc) all present in the ready liquid sauces.
On the other hand, preserving a product in a freeze dried form, and adding water and oils (or other fats) just at the moment of consumption, guarantee a PERFECTLY FRESH product.
NO NEED OF REFRIGERATION: furthermore, the freeze dried sauce can be STORED OUTSIDE REFRIGERATOR for months even AFTER OPENING , whilst any other canned liquid sauce has to be consumed in one or two days after opening the product.
