Gran Riserva is a gourmet selection of Wine vinegars and Balsamic vinegars flavoured by natural infusion of aromatic herbs.
All Drogheria & Alimentari naturally infused vinegars, use base vinegars made from particularly delicate wines and balsamic vinegars of Modena.
This results in much smoother and more flavourful dressings than the common processed vinegars.

USE DESTINATION
The product has been conceived for having a wide use versatility:
- for seasoning fresh and boiled vegetables and salads
- for marinading raw meat and fish
- for tenderizing and flavouring red meat before cooking
- for tossing with sauces(mayonnaise, cocktail, barbeque sauce)
- for sprinkling on meat and rice at the end of cooking
- ON THE TABLE: for seasoning salads, cheeses and soups
- On desserts: for seasoning all fruit salads, strawberries and melon.
PRODUCT CONCEPT
The product concept develops from the idea of creating a NEW DRESSING
which combines the typical smooth bouquet of balsamic vinegar with the scented notes of aromatic herbs.
Gran Riserva special formulas grew up from the origin of French cusine which imported this culinary tradition from Far East contries.
In recent years the phenomenon of Balsamic Vinegar has shaken consumer cooking habits and has disclosed a more wide aromatic overview.
Drogheria & Alimentari has adapted original formulas to the new consumer needs selecting for each recipe its individual special wine or balsamic vinegar coming from specific grapes and vineyards.
Product development has been attended by professional oenologists and culinary art experts.
